How does it work?
We meet twice a month for a 1 hour coaching session, either by phone/skype or in person. You mark your progress and insights with a focus sheet in preparation for each session. And I’m available for email or ‘zap coaching’ (zap that thing that’s bugging you) phone support in between sessions.

I’m a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-active Coach), the industry gold standard for coaches, through CTI, and a PCC with the International Coach Federation. I also weave elements of the Firework career coaching programme into my Clarity and Cut Coaching packages.
My strength lies in my open, straightforward style, creating the ‘climate’ for deep challenge and creativity. I am curious and playful in my coaching, using movement in the body and mind to open up possibilities in both. I am also, as you know by now, a bold, vulnerable mother, working it out and making it up in turns. I will always be affirming your bold mothering as you birth something brilliant.
What does it cost?
£250 per month for the 3, 6, or 9 months you choose to work together. You can separate or combine the packages – or add the next one as an extension – as you choose.
