You’ve been wondering what could possibly be next for you. After those early years of mothering, This is Your Time, and you are intrigued – and nervous – as to what that means. Maybe you have a youngest child in school or nursery, or you’ve reached the point with The Work You’ve Always Done that it doesnt work anymore – logistically, financially or emotionally. You have a longing for something different, something MORE for you.
Imagine a space where you have explicit permission to take the breath you’ve been holding for so long; permission to explore, to roam, to play. A place where you can name (and begin to reclaim) who you really are and what you care most about. A time, dedicated to you, where you can visualise your ideal work and life – and celebrate how much your mothering has ADDED to your giftings and skills.
Sound intriguing? Join us for an interactive 2 part small-group workshop to mark the beginning of a new season for you.
“I have reframed thinking that I have “lost time” whilst raising the kids and instead feel more proud of my stay at home choice. I now realise that I have learned lots of new skills and feel it’s an exciting new chapter of my life as opposed to dreading it. I don’t need to get what I do next completely right. I need to do something I have an interest/passion in and that’s also got me at the heart of it.”
– Samanthi
What you’ll skip away with after 2 mornings
– A clear picture of the key elements of your ideal life/work
– A visual representation of your values/anchors and what motivates you most
– A ‘map’ of your increased range, qualities and spheres of influence from the uber-mothering years
– An ideas bank, filling with juicy possibilities that work for you
– Encouragement and practical resources for the next phase.
This is for you if
– you’re ready to take a breath and reimagine your life – including your work in the world – after this intensive season of mothering
– you want to reconnect with your values and what you stand for
– it’s time to ‘break up’ with the old corporate job or The Work You’ve always Done. And get clear on work that is much more ‘you’.
– you want to communicate clearly how you’ve grown your professional agility and capacity even through the early years of mothering.
“I would recommend this workshop without hesitation! It gives you a chance to stop, breathe and think about YOU for once! To put yourself first and work out what will really make you feel energised, motivated and valued”
– Lucy
This is NOT for you if
– you’re already in love with your work and have no desire to ‘break up’ with it!
– you already clearly know what you want to do next, just long for your idea/business to ‘fly’. For you, look out for Wild Rubies workshops for heart-centred entrepreneurs.

More about Kate
“I’ve discovered the values I hold dear and the amazing importance of them. It’s helped me see that being a mum shapes you more than you realise. It’s not just about the everyday tasks that can become your everyday, but the impact they have on your heart and soul. I’m willing now to take a risk and be more courageous.”
– Catherine
“The great thing about the workshop is that it actually made it clear to me that a part time corporate style role was probably in my best interests right now..it has made it a no-brainer for me to accept the role that I have been offered.”

“Kate’s amazing. No patronising. No crazy hippy shit. She just has this amazing ability to cut through to the heart of the matter and help you see what you need to do to achieve your goals. I can’t recommend spending time and money on Kate highly enough.”
– Sarah, Bringing Stories to Life
“I’ve identified my core values and understand the importance of living my life true to them. I feel my self now. I feel calm. I feel I can handle tricky situations. I trust myself now. I have learned and discovered that it’s okay to be me! I loved it. I loved every minute.”
– Christina, Growth agent to plants and humans, big and small
“I’m going for it and I know where I want to be! It’s been different and truly uplifting – Kate is an example of leading the life that you want to lead … so inspiring in that way too. I loved the coaching session in the storm in Richmond park.”

FAQs
I’m not sure if this is exactly the right time to Find the Work I Love, as I can’t invest in making it happen yet. What’s your take on that?
Come and explore…your increased clarity about who you are and what you love will serve you i every decision and dilemma in life. And the dreaming/ideas process will get your juices flowing, pointing you to the work you love for when you’re ready to take steps, and a richer experience of life as a whole.
“I was very hesitant because I’m not looking for work at the moment so I didn’t think it would be ‘right’ for me. I went along with the hope of finding something new to do with my time, to find something that meant something to me. Not having found this on my own, I was a bit doubtful that someone else could help me find this. The 100 dreams exercise was really hard because I am so practical and don’t allow myself to dream, but I really got into it and it’s helped me to find things I want to pursue. It’s left me feeling ‘You can do it! You are a mother, you are strong, you can do anything you put your mind to!‘”
– Donna-Lee
I’m nervous about doing this exploration in a group. What reassurance can you give me?
Firstly that it’ll be a very encouraging, reassuring space, with no obligation to disclose anything more that you want to share, whether in small groups, pairs or with the whole group. I also understand well that many people want time to process and reflect individually. I’ve made space in the workshop for this. It’s also one of the reasons I am running this workshop over two dates – to create that space in between for ideas and discoveries to ‘gestate’. It’s also very common for participants to say how exciting it was to do this in a group, hearing shared experiences and questions, and being inspired by each other.
“As a naturally introverted person, I wondered how I would respond/join in in a group situation? Would I feel intimated by smarter, more confident women? (I didn’t by the way!)”
– Cherry
“I was a bit concerned that being part of a group would be inhibiting, but in fact it felt very supportive.”
